How Do We Ensure Successful App Development?
Our methodology allows us to make incremental progress on mobile applications efficiently and flexibly.
We will develop your mobile application in multiple cycles, which will include the following stages.
During this stage, frequent meetings will be held to understand the requirements that the application must meet, as well as to generate user stories, business rules, roles, and the necessary analysis documentation to represent the complete flow of the application in a functional prototype.
The documentation will be complemented with the technical structure for the requirements identified during the ANALYSIS phase, including: technology architecture, data model, definition of WEB Services, and test cases for the application.
As a final part of this stage, the Detailed Work Plan or the general Project Product Backlog (SCRUM) will be created, including segmentation for each construction phase.
In this phase, an iterative process will be used, based on three or four repetitions, called: Alpha, Beta, Silver and GOLD depending on the complexity identified in the Analysis Milestone.
In each iteration, development progress is segmented into weekly Sprints to generate incremental versions of the application’s functionality.
